Good service to our patients is paramount to our practice. Standards are regularly monitored and we encourage suggestions, comments and feedback from our patients to help us maintain our level of service. We will be kind and considerate to all our patients, and aim to make anxious patients as comfortable and relaxed as possible. We want our patients to feel happy with their smiles, and will listen to their interests and concerns.
We are dedicated to excellence in all aspects of our work. We are fully compliant with all regulations set out by the CQC (Care Quality Commission), BDA (British Dental Association) and GDC (General Dental Council). We keep up to date with regular courses in professional development and changing techniques to ensure we provide high quality, 21st century dentistry.
As your safety is our prime concern, strict cross infection protocols are in place and regularly certified to prove air and water quality.
We will offer you a personal care plan most suited to your individual circumstances. We will take into account your wishes and agree with you the timing and costs of any proposed treatments in advance.
There will be no hard sell.
All treatment is guaranteed for one year. If you are not satisfied with the end result we will endeavour to resolve the issue, even if it means redoing it!
